Tours
Parent volunteers will give tours through January 17. Tours are limited to approximately 10 people. If you or someone you know would like to take a Kindergarten tour, please contact Peralta’s secretary Cathy Wong at (510) 879-1450 to sign up for one of these tours.
The Options Enrollment Process
For current enrollment information visit OUSD’s Enrollment site. Options applications forms will be posted on the OUSD site beginning December 5, 2011. Questions can be emailed to enroll@ousd.k12.ca.us, or call (510) 434-7780.
Dropping off Options Applications at Peralta
You can submit completed Options application forms along with verification documents to the Peralta school office from Dec. 5, 2011 until Jan. 20, 2012, Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. You can also be turn them in to OUSD’s school assignment office at 2111 International Blvd. Please bring all original documents. The office staff will make copies and return the originals to you.
