PG&E connected our solar panels in 2008. The panels have been operational since that time, generating over 2,000 Wh. The rewiring of the internet at the school over the summer took the monitoring device offline from June 2009 until last week. Now, the real time monitor is once again hooked up to the Internet so that anyone can check on the generating status. If you click on this Peralta Solar Power Monitor LINK you can see a graphs for power generated for Monday, Oct 19 (a rainy day). It is interesting to compare it to Tuesday, October 20, a sunny day. The installed panel is estimated to be capable of providing the equivalent of 10% of the schools electrical needs. More details will be on Peralta's website in coming weeks.
