With Keith and Adam (Work in Progress Final Budget approved in August)
We have lost Title 1 funding because we are down to 25% reduced lunch
$16,000 will need to be funded through the PPTG to compensate
We need to push harder on the Peralta Fund and corporate matching
Auction, Peralta in Bloom stable
This LRPG yardsale will be the last at Peralta (Same volunteers for 10 years are worn out, too many spring volunteer hours spread out over too many events)
Raising mentor budget (cost of living expenses)
Puts us at $11,702 deficit, but we have the cash to cover it, but generally we make a conservative budget that should put us balanced in reality
There is a shift from volunteer hours to monetary contributions
Our small size becomes a challenge in terms of funding our resources. We raise more per student than Chabot, yet our size hinders our ability to fund the school.
Make sure to schedule around the SBAC testing schedule.
